Apple Cider Margarita
We never before thought to combine apple cider with tequila, but somehow it works beautifully!
- 2 cups. apple cider
- 1/2 cup gold tequila
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Sugar, for rim
- Cinnamon, for rim
- salt, for rim
- Apple slices for garnish
- Ice
- Combine ice, apple cider, tequila in blender. Blend smooth. Pour lemon juice into a small dish. Pour cinnamon, salt and sugar into another small dish. Dip margarita glass in the lemon juice dish, upside down, and repeat for garnish dish. Garnish will be stuck to the rim. Pour margarita mix from blender into glass and garnish with apple slices. You are now ready to enjoy the holidays!
